Biography

George Reyes is a licensed Broker Associate and REALTOR® specializing in commercial real estate across Miami-Dade and South Florida. George guides clients through the full investment lifecycle, including acquisition, holding, and disposition of commercial properties. With a strong background in property brokerage, land development, and financial analysis, he provides data-driven strategies that help clients maximize value and long-term returns. His in-depth knowledge of South Florida’s evolving market and deep-rooted professional network allow him to uncover high-potential opportunities that align with his clients’ goals.

Born and raised in South Florida, George holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida International University and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is a proud CCIM designee—a Certified Commercial Investment Member—recognized globally as the gold standard in commercial real estate. The CCIM designation is earned through a rigorous program that includes advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, investment strategies, and ethics, as well as a proven track record of successful commercial transactions. Fewer than 10% of commercial real estate professionals worldwide hold this prestigious credential, which reflects a deep commitment to excellence, professionalism, and delivering measurable value to clients.

George’s leadership includes serving as 2025 Governor of the Miami Commercial Board and Chair of the CCIM Miami District Membership Committee. He is also an active member of the Miami Association of Realtors, Miami Commercial, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Outside of his professional work, George is a devoted husband to his beautiful wife and proud father of two children. He also serves as a baseball coach on his son’s team and is committed to community enrichment through mentorship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami and local neighborhood improvement efforts.
