Biography

George Reyes, CCIM, is a licensed Broker Associate and REALTOR® specializing in commercial real estate throughout Miami-Dade and South Florida. As part of The Keyes Company—Florida’s largest independent brokerage and one of the nation’s top-ranked real estate firms—George provides personalized service supported by an extensive network and full-service platform.

He advises clients through every stage of the investment lifecycle, including acquisition, asset management, and disposition. With a strong foundation in brokerage, land development, and financial analysis, George delivers data-driven strategies designed to maximize value and long-term returns. His deep understanding of South Florida’s dynamic market, combined with a well-established professional network, allows him to identify and secure high-quality opportunities aligned with his clients’ objectives.

A South Florida native, George holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida International University and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is a proud CCIM designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a globally recognized credential regarded as the gold standard in commercial real estate. This designation reflects advanced expertise in financial and market analysis, investment strategy, and ethics, along with a proven track record of successful transactions—earned by fewer than 10% of commercial real estate professionals worldwide.

George currently serves as the 2026 CCIM Miami District Membership VP and is an active member of the Miami Association of Realtors, Miami Commercial, Florida Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Outside of his professional career, George is a devoted husband and proud father of two. He is actively involved in his community as a youth soccer coach and contributes his time to mentorship through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, along with local community initiatives.
